Role Overview
Senior Manager – Product Terminals at Dubai Airports, based in Dubai. You will hold full responsibility for technology assets from creation to disposal, driving reliability, operational excellence, and meaningful environmental and energy improvement across DXB and DWC airports.

Role Purpose
Define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps and digital solutions that support operational excellence at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). Translate operational and business requirements into robust system specifications, lead cross-functional delivery, and drive innovation in digital capabilities that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmaps
- Define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps that support operational excellence at DXB and DWC.
- Drive innovation in digital capabilities that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
- Deliver strategic initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments.
Requirements & Delivery Planning
- Translate operational and business requirements into robust system specifications and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders.
- Nurture relationships to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security and other Business Technology standards.
- Manage budgets effectively.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 10–12 years overall experience including 7–10 years in a relevant senior technology role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operational or mission-critical IT systems with complex integrations.
- Solid background in technology leadership, product ownership, and aviation domain expertise.
- Expertise in system integration, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge and awareness of Total Airport Management (TAM) systems.
- Knowledge of Resource management and optimization solutions.
- Knowledge of Passenger processing and wayfinding solutions.
- Knowledge of Stakeholder Collaboration and Real-time monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of Digital Twin for operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Prediction and flow modeling solutions.
- Knowledge of Queue management systems.
- Knowledge of Biometric systems and solutions.
- Knowledge of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) and Airport Operations Plan (AOP).
- Knowledge of Demand Capacity Balancing (DCB) concepts and platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
