Role Overview

Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management at Qiddiya Investment Company. Role Purpose

Lead and oversee the management and optimization of procurement systems and technologies. Collaborate closely with procurement teams, IT departments, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Implementation

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems that support organizational procurement functions.
• Develop and execute strategies for procurement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives.

Operations & Performance

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system effectiveness.
• Ensure procurement systems meet business requirements and support operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.

Data & Analytics

• Oversee data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights into procurement activities.

Vendor & Relationship Management

• Manage relationships with procurement system vendors and service providers.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement systems.

Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement systems professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in procurement systems management or related roles, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement software platforms, ERP systems, and digital procurement tools.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful reports.
