Role Purpose

Lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and buildings programs. Shape robust baselines, drive project performance, and provide clear insights that help clients make confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Scheduling

• Lead all planning, scheduling, and project controls activities for major building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop, review, and manage baseline, revised, recovery, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and key contractual milestones.

Controls and Risk Management

• Evaluate and manage Extension of Time submissions, delay analyses, and Time Impact Assessments.
• Review contractor programs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee project controls reporting, forecasting, and schedule risk management.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays.

Strategic Guidance

• Provide strategic planning advice to Project Directors and senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead planning meetings and present project performance reports to clients and stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage planning engineers and project controls staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of planning experience on major building and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated delivery of multiple completed projects valued at AED 800 million or more.
• Strong experience in large, complex, and detailed building developments.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and associated civil works.
• Extensive experience in Extension of Time assessments, delay analysis, and claims management.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Senior-level planning leadership experience.
