Role Purpose
Develop and execute strategic operational readiness plans that embed operational requirements seamlessly into project lifecycles, ensuring successful launches and exceptional guest experiences across all Qiddiya initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop strategic operational readiness plans that align with Qiddiya's vision, ensuring that all projects are poised for successful execution.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that prepare employees for their roles in newly launched projects.
Collaboration & Integration
- Facilitate collaboration between various departments to embed operational requirements seamlessly into each project's lifecycle.
- Enhance guest experience by ensuring operational readiness processes are tailored to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Assessment & Analysis
- Conduct operational readiness assessments to identify readiness levels and potential risks, providing actionable solutions before project implementation.
- Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators, delivering regular reports and insights to senior management.
Risk Management
- Lead risk management initiatives to proactively address operational challenges and ensure contingency protocols are in place.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale project sectors.
- At least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Experience in executing training and readiness programs tailored for a diverse workforce.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
