Role Overview

Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Manager at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Role Purpose

Act as the IT liaison between the technology teams and all organizational departments. Bridge business and IT strategy by understanding core business processes, providing technical guidance, removing obstacles between business and IT functions, and ensuring IT investments deliver maximum return on investment while supporting overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Engagement

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for each department in the organization.
• Represent the technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and community members.

Strategy & Alignment

• Understand all business processes and provide technical guidance to ensure maximum return on investment for IT business strategy requirements.
• Direct IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
• Assist in the prioritization of projects to ensure alignment with technology that provides maximum return on investment.

Operations & Governance

• Reduce business and IT obstacles and barriers.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management and engagement, business development, or software engineering.
• Extensive proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and community members.
