Role Purpose
Lead the strategic and operational management of HCT's Employability Hubs, Work Placement and Work-Integrated Learning initiatives. Drive graduate employability, employer partnerships, service quality, and continuous improvement across all campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Lead strategic and operational management of Employability Hubs across all campuses.
- Oversee Work Placement and Work-Integrated Learning initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in employability services and outcomes.
Employer Partnerships & Graduate Outcomes
- Cultivate and strengthen employer partnerships.
- Improve graduate employability across all campuses.
