Role Purpose

Lead the execution, strategy, and scaling of digital twin technologies and methodologies across Qiddiya's projects. Leverage digital twin approaches to enhance operational efficiencies, improve decision-making, and drive innovation throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap

• Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring timely delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and MVP.
• Develop and oversee a Digital Twin strategy that integrates with existing digital infrastructure, including BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP).
• Create a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and ensuring continuous improvement.

Implementation & Operations

• Manage the implementation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital Twin.
• Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining new roles, training programs, and process improvements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies, data governance standards, and project requirements.

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and build business cases to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale technology projects, ideally involving Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Internet of Things (IoT).

• Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
