Qiddiya Investment Company is a Saudi developer and investment holding company working at the forefront of the real estate sector, shaping ambitious destinations through complex, high-impact development initiatives.
Role Purpose
To drive major development initiatives from early planning through execution, influencing project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
Planning & Strategy
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
Project Management
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments.
- Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
- Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI.
- Native-level English proficiency.
