Role Overview

Senior Manager – Culture Strategy Support at Qiddiya Investment Company, located in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Lead the development of portfolio, asset, and project strategies across Qiddiya's Culture portfolio. Drive strategic analysis, financial modeling, market research, and portfolio planning to support decision-making and long-term value creation. Deliver high-quality outcomes independently while building team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

• Lead the development of portfolio, asset, and project strategies across Qiddiya's Culture portfolio.
• Develop strategy briefs, project plans, and strategic recommendations to support projects and decision-making.
• Generate data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making and portfolio planning.

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Build financial models, P&Ls, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess strategic opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitive assessments.

Portfolio Management

• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making across the Culture portfolio.

Project & Initiative Leadership

• Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery against objectives and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and partners to drive alignment and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate and culture projects.
