Role Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development to lead compliance and audit functions while developing robust learning and development programs. The role is based at Qiddiya, located just outside Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qiddiya is a flagship Giga project under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), positioned to transform the entertainment and cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia. The project encompasses world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural facilities and services aimed at enhancing quality of life for residents and visitors.
Role Purpose
You will oversee compliance and audit functions across the organization while leading the design and delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, training, and adherence to best practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Audit
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness.
Learning and Development
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Deliver effective training and development programs across the organization.
Leadership and Culture
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters.
- Lead a team tasked with ensuring compliance with legal standards and driving organizational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing compliance programs and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training and development programs.
