Role Overview

Senior Manager - BIM - Urban Core with Qiddiya Investment Company. The role leads Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across the Urban Core portfolio in a large-scale mixed-use development.

Role Purpose

Lead the digital delivery and BIM strategy across the Urban Core portfolio, ensuring successful implementation of Building Information Modelling, Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment processes, and information management standards throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the client-side digital delivery lead to ensure all consultants, contractors, and delivery partners comply with project standards while supporting data-driven asset development and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

BIM & Digital Delivery Leadership

• Lead the Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across the Urban Core portfolio.
• Establish and govern BIM requirements across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments.
• Ensure successful implementation of Building Information Modelling, Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment processes, and information management standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Design & Consultant Management

• Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams across digital delivery.
• Ensure all consultants comply with project BIM standards and information management protocols.

Mixed-Use Precinct Integration

• Govern BIM and information management across public realm, public spaces, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities.
• Support delivery across multiple asset classes within the portfolio.

Digital Engineering & Innovation

• Support increasingly data-driven asset development strategies.

Construction & Delivery Support

• Ensure all contractors and delivery partners comply with project BIM standards and digital delivery objectives.
• Support delivery partners throughout construction and commissioning phases.

Asset Information & Handover

• Deliver BIM through concept, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Support operational readiness strategies.

Governance & Assurance

• Govern compliance with project BIM standards across the portfolio.
• Establish information management protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, BIM Management, Digital Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, Design Technology, or Information Management.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use, masterplanned, or urban development projects.
• Client-side experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and digital delivery across multiple asset classes.
• Experience delivering BIM through concept, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience in Middle East mega-projects highly desirable.
