Senior Litigation Counsel (Russian language + ENG)

Role Overview

Senior Litigation Counsel with Russian and English language proficiency at MIRA Construction, fully remote.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across multiple jurisdictions. Handle complex disputes end-to-end while developing litigation strategy and maintaining comprehensive case documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Management

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions including UAE, UK, EU, and Hong Kong.
• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel.

Strategy & Documentation

• Develop litigation strategies and prepare legal memoranda.
• Maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of litigation or dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house environment, with focus on IT, fintech, or banking.
• Law degree and active admission to practice.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and large language models.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• UK Common Law knowledge (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it).
• Commercial litigation experience.
• Alternative dispute resolution experience.
