Role Purpose
Oversee the retail leasing portfolio across the MENA region, managing strategic transactions and partnerships that drive business growth through effective lease execution, market analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Transactions
- Manage, negotiate, and execute retail leasing transactions across the assigned portfolio, ensuring favorable commercial and legal terms
- Oversee lease administration including contract reviews, legal documentation, payment processing, and comprehensive record maintenance
Market & Portfolio Analysis
- Source and identify prime real estate opportunities for existing and emerging retail brands, conducting market analysis and feasibility assessments
- Maintain accuracy of leasing systems and portfolio tracking documentation while providing regular performance analytics to stakeholders
Strategic Coordination
- Coordinate brand roll-out strategies and location planning for retail expansion initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in commercial leasing, real estate transactions, or retail property management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex legal and financial agreements
- Proficiency in lease administration systems and portfolio management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities with attention to detail
