Role Purpose

To handle complex laundry operations including delicate fabrics and special treatments while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards, supporting Team Leads in workflow management, and training new laundry attendants on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, performing minor troubleshooting and reporting issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.

Workflow & Inventory

• Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring timely completion of laundry operations.
• Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.

Training & Development

• Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in relevant field within the international hospitality industry.
• High School Diploma or Certificate.
• Certificate in Laundry Operations or Hospitality.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competency in MS Office applications.
