Role Overview
Senior Landscape Architect (Expression of Interest) with Surbana Jurong Group, stationed full-time on site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support design review of major development projects.

Role Purpose
To conduct comprehensive design review of landscape components on major development projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards while providing technical guidance and identifying opportunities for design improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design Review
- Review landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Identify design issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and design recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant landscape architecture experience, including construction experience.
- Strong experience in landscape design review for large-scale developments.
- Proven experience on major GCC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
- Full-time, on-site placement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
