Role Overview
Senior Interface Engineer at JASARA PMC, supporting major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Company Overview
JASARA PMC is executing large-scale infrastructure projects aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
Role Purpose
Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between project teams and stakeholders through proactive interface management, identifying and resolving conflicts, managing dependencies, and facilitating effective engagement to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Interface Management Strategy
- Develop and implement effective interface management strategies and plans that foster collaboration between stakeholders.
- Support Project Managers in integrating interface management into the overall project execution strategies.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate communication and information flow between project teams, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to address interface-related issues and promote proactive problem-solving among teams.
Dependency & Conflict Management
- Identify and manage interdependencies and conflicts across multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution to avoid delays.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor interface performance and report on key metrics to assess compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface coordination or related roles.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to project management and interface coordination.
- Professional certifications in project management or a related field are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interface management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management and interface management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
