Role Overview

Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager at Bizzell Corporation, based in Kuwait with a 6-month deployment rotation plus Rest and Recuperation, with an option to extend.

Role Purpose

Manage collection requirements across the intelligence enterprise, translating strategic intelligence needs into actionable collection priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of collection assets and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collection Management

• Establish and maintain collection requirements aligned with strategic intelligence objectives.
• Optimize collection tasking across available DoD and Service collection capabilities.
• Monitor collection performance and adjust requirements based on mission demands.
• Operate within joint and combined intelligence team environments.

Requirements and Reporting

• Deliver collection management reporting that meets organizational and stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate effective communication of collection requirements across commands and agencies.
• Maintain thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.

Systems and Platforms

• Manage and navigate IC collection management systems including CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, and SAVANT.
• Operate communications platforms within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet environments including MIRC and Jabber Chat.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum six years of Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• Completion of Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC) OR other DoD collection management courses such as Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC) OR equivalent.
• TS/SCI security clearance required to start.

Skills & Competencies

• Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google Earth.
• Experience with intelligence-related automation tools and systems.
• Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture.
• Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management.
• Strong writing and briefing skills.
• Capable of effective communication in accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements.

Deployment and Schedule

• 6-month deployment rotation with Rest and Recuperation following deployment.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Senior military enlisted or field grade officer background with collection experience.
• Completion of the ISR Operations Course.
