Role Overview
Senior Integration Engineer at JODAYN. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between multiple enterprise systems and the Enterprise Architecture platform.
Role Purpose
Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between multiple enterprise systems and the Enterprise Architecture platform (Bizzdesign), leveraging deep technical expertise in API integrations, database connectivity, middleware solutions, and enterprise application landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development
- Develop and maintain integration pipelines across enterprise systems.
- Design data-mapping solutions between IT systems including CMDB, ERP, Telecom, and APM platforms and the Enterprise Architecture platform (Bizzdesign).
- Implement hands-on API-based systems and direct database integrations via service accounts.
Middleware & Technology Management
- Architect solutions using Middleware technologies including Apache NiFi, IBM-IIB, and SAP-EIC.
- Execute ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
- Apply advanced scripting and coding languages relevant to integrations, including Python.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Conduct log analysis and root cause analysis to resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Optimize integration performance in large-scale enterprise environments.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and internal stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise application integration and middleware technologies.
- Proven experience integrating enterprise systems with Enterprise Architecture platforms, preferably Bizzdesign.
- Extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in data mapping and integration between CMDB, ERP, Telecom, APM, and other enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.
- Strong experience with direct database integrations and SQL.
- Advanced programming and scripting skills, preferably Python.
- Extensive experience with Middleware integration solutions including Apache NiFi, IBM-IIB, and SAP-EIC.
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud integration technologies.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
