Role Purpose
The Senior ICT Engineer will lead the design and coordination of ICT, ELV, and digital systems across large-scale developments, ensuring integrated solutions aligned with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Delivery
- Lead ICT and ELV systems design from concept through delivery.
- Review and approve ICT strategies, specifications, and design deliverables.
Coordination and Integration
- Coordinate ICT requirements with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
- Manage design reviews, interfaces, and approvals.
Standards and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Support client coordination and technical decision-making.
Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership and mentoring to ICT engineering teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 20+ years' experience in ICT / ELV systems design.
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience.
- Background in senior or lead ICT engineering roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Expert knowledge of ICT and ELV systems and integration.
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and smart systems.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage design reviews, interfaces, and approvals.
