Role Purpose
The Senior HSE Manager will provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major social infrastructure programs. The role is focused on strengthening safe operations, driving compliance, and partnering with project and leadership teams to promote a proactive safety culture that supports effective delivery across complex construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Compliance
- Lead HSE strategy and compliance across major social infrastructure programs.
- Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and incident prevention plans.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare HSE reports for senior stakeholders.
Operations and Risk Management
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve safety issues and improve performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Interface with senior project leadership, client representatives, regulators, and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on large infrastructure projects, including HSE management on large mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel-based incident and audit reporting is a plus.
- Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
