Senior HRSD Solution Architect

Role Overview

Senior HRSD Solution Architect at TAWANTECH. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for defining, designing, and governing end-to-end Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions across the organization.

Role Purpose

Design and govern secure, scalable, integrated, and user-centric HRSD solutions that modernize HR service delivery, improve employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and support the organization's long-term HR technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for HRSD initiatives and major enhancements.
• Define the current-state, target-state, and transition architecture for HR service delivery.
• Lead architecture decisions for ServiceNow HRSD and related HR technology platforms.
• Establish technical standards, reusable architecture patterns, and governance principles.

Integration & Systems

• Define integration strategies between HRSD, HRIS, payroll, identity management, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Design integrations with enterprise HR and corporate systems.

Governance & Quality

• Provide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Review and approve solution designs, integrations, configurations, and technical implementations.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, highly available, upgradeable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
• Ensure that HRSD solutions minimize unnecessary customization and maximize the use of standard platform capabilities.

Strategic Leadership & Guidance

• Ensure alignment between HR business strategy, HR processes, enterprise architecture, and technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project and delivery teams.
• Transform business requirements into sustainable technology solutions in collaboration with HR leadership, HR process owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Integration Teams, Security Teams, Data Teams, and external implementation partners.
• Support strategic technology planning, platform roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, AI, and digital transformation within HR service delivery.
