Role Purpose

Own and drive user activation growth strategies for the exchange, defining metrics and executing feature planning, campaigns, and optimization initiatives to maximize active user growth and engagement across the global platform.

Key Responsibilities

Metrics & Strategy

• Own exchange active user metrics including MAU and Cumulative Transactors.
• Define and execute user activation growth strategies.
• Demonstrate ownership of activation and retention metrics with proven results.

Product & Feature Development

• Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives.
• Build campaign platforms or templatized frameworks from zero to one.

Campaign Planning & Operations

• Plan and operate user campaigns including trading competitions, airdrops, and seasonal events.
• Execute large-scale campaign planning and operations at scale.

Optimization & Analysis

• Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data-driven approaches.
• Conduct funnel analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments using SQL and BI tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate cross-functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify actionable growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in internet product or growth roles.
• At least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3 platform.
• Demonstrated ownership of activation and retention metrics with proven results in DAU/MAU growth and retention improvement.
• Strong consumer-facing product design skills with zero-to-one experience in task systems, gamification, or viral growth features.
• Proven track record in large-scale campaign planning and execution.
• Experience with licensed and regulated platforms, understanding of KYC tiering, geo-restrictions, and product trade-offs under compliance constraints.
• Experience building referral or affiliate growth systems.
• Multi-region operational experience in SEA, LATAM, or Europe.

• Highly data-literate and proficient in SQL and BI tools.
• Strong consumer-facing product design capabilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Comfortable with multi-timezone collaboration.
• Understanding of derivatives user behavior including futures and options.
