Role Purpose

Lead compliance and governance initiatives across Orient Insurance PJSC to ensure full regulatory adherence, effective risk mitigation, and the maintenance of robust governance frameworks while overseeing compliance functions across regional branches and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Governance Framework & Policy

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive corporate governance frameworks and policies across the organization
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of governance structures and compliance programs

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements from CBUAE, SCA, DoH, DHA, and other relevant authorities
• Engage strategically with multiple regulatory bodies to address compliance matters and maintain organizational standing

Operational Oversight

• Oversee governance and compliance operations for company branches and subsidiaries across international locations outside the UAE

Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align governance frameworks with strategic business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance within the insurance or financial services sector
• Deep knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and requirements from CBUAE, SCA, and other governing bodies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and compliance policies

Skills & Competencies
