Role Overview
Senior GIS/BIM Manager at JASARA PMC. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) recruitment for a leadership position focused on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration across mixed-use development projects.

JASARA PMC is advancing its capabilities in digital engineering and requires leadership to ensure seamless coordination across multiple disciplines on mixed-use development projects.
Role Purpose
Lead the integration of GIS and BIM systems to optimize project planning, design, and delivery across mixed-use developments. Drive digital engineering innovation, establish standards and workflows, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality outcomes through spatial data and BIM coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and implement comprehensive GIS and BIM strategies for mixed-use projects.
- Drive innovation by adopting emerging GIS and BIM technologies and best practices.
Integration & Coordination
- Lead the integration and coordination of GIS data with BIM models to support project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize design and construction processes through digital solutions.
Operations & Workflows
- Manage GIS and BIM workflows, standards, and quality assurance across disciplines.
- Oversee data management and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of spatial and BIM information.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Maintain familiarity with industry standards and digital engineering best practices.
Leadership & Development
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to project teams and junior staff.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in GIS and BIM management, specifically within mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in GIS software, specifically Esri ArcGIS.
- Expertise in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of integrating GIS data with BIM processes and workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
