Role Purpose
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and solutions that enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
- Implement and manage API endpoints using tRPC to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient rendering.
User Interface & Design
- Utilize Tailwind CSS to create responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaboration & Process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define and develop new features.
- Work within an agile framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Code Quality & Maintenance
- Maintain high code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in Next.js for building server-rendered and static web applications.
- Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
- Hands-on experience with tRPC for type-safe API communication.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with AI-driven applications or fintech is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with authentication and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
