Role Overview
Senior Full Stack Developer at BlackStone eIT. The role participates in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
Role Purpose
Deliver end-to-end solutions across both frontend and backend technologies while collaborating with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the Digital Transformation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
Modernization and Migration
- Participate in modernization of legacy applications.
- Support data migration and integration activities.
Performance and Security
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and software development best practices.
Technical Operations
- Participate in system analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
