Role Purpose

Oversee daily fuel station operations, direct forecourt staff, and ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Customer Service

• Oversee daily operations of the fuel station.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
• Perform refueling of vehicles.
• Service vehicles with oil, water, and air.
• Sell dry items at the forecourt.
• Perform other forecourt duties as assigned.

Staff Management

• Direct the work of assigned Forecourt Attendants.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Manage fuel replenishment in storage tanks.
• Prepare inventory sheets.
• Ensure adequate storage availability.

Administrative & Financial Management

• Record timesheets.
• Handle cash inventory.
• Manage opening and closing cash procedures.

Compliance & Station Management

• Run the station effectively during assigned shifts in compliance with company standards.
