Role Purpose
Analyze financial performance, develop models and dashboards, and prepare management reporting to support informed business decisions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances.
- Analyze revenue, costs, gross margin, and operational performance.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Financial Modeling & Systems
- Develop financial models and dashboards.
- Improve and automate financial reporting using advanced Excel tools.
- Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
