Role Purpose

Deliver clinical and technical support to EP Lab customers and prospective customers, drive regional business targets, and provide on-site training and product demonstrations to physicians and medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Provide clinical support inside the EP Lab on devices and equipment to customers and prospective customers.
• Respond to inquiries and deliver effective high-level service on clinical matters.
• Deliver educational and training support to customers and prospective customers including on-site clinical training for physicians and other medical personnel.
• Demonstrate, set up, test, and service Company products including devices and equipment for diagnosis, monitoring, managing and treating arrhythmias.
• Represent the Company as a professional and competent resource in support of client and Abbott objectives.

Sales Support and Regional Business Management

• Own EP business performance in your assigned region.
• Conduct continuous follow-up on regional targets per account in terms of revenues and specific financial metrics with respect to the managed line of business.
• Track inventory and manage additional logistical work.
• Align with company vision to translate strategies into actions.
• Execute proper work to launch new products.
• Provide education and team certification.
• Supervise field technical employees and follow up on their assigned work.
• Support sales and marketing personnel in the set up and demonstration of Company products.
• Develop and present sales proposals.
• Provide technical support to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and delivering effective and timely resources and personal competence.
• Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians and EP Lab personnel.

Leadership and Planning

• Cultivate a wide range of internal networks and develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks.
• Demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on well-defined projects.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routine to meet established schedule.
• Exercise authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical sciences.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices.
• General knowledge of technical alternatives and understanding of their impact on systems environment.
