Role Overview

Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Logistics at Land Mark, based in JAFZA, UAE.

Role Purpose

To design and deliver data-driven insights through advanced analytics, dashboards, and process automation that support supply chain and logistics decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Build automated reports and scorecards for business performance monitoring.
• Improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on stakeholder requirements.

Data Management

• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Write optimized queries using SQL.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Process Automation

• Automate repetitive reporting and analysis tasks.
• Improve data workflows using Excel automation, macros, or scripting.
• Support process improvement initiatives using analytics.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Explore AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI for business efficiency.
• Support implementation of AI-driven analytics solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Support cross-functional analytics projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Expert in Microsoft Power BI (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel (mandatory), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and dashboards.
• VBA/Macros preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python, R, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of AI tools and analytics automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good business understanding.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or E-commerce is a strong advantage.
