Role Purpose

Lead operational excellence and strategic execution across the Alfa One pharmacy network, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Own day-to-day operational performance across assigned pharmacy locations.
• Monitor inventory management and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and maximize availability.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all pharmacy operations.
• Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and pharmacy licensing standards.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical storage, handling, and dispensing protocols.
• Implement internal controls and audit processes to safeguard operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with store managers and pharmacy teams to execute operational strategy.
• Communicate performance metrics and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for efficient distribution.

Financial Performance

• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality standards.
• Monitor budget adherence and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
• Report on financial metrics and operational profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare retail management.
• Proven track record leading multi-location operations.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems and retail operations software.
