Role Purpose
To lead the strategic planning and design of road and infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards while developing and mentoring junior engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Design
- Lead planning and design phases of road and infrastructure projects from conception through implementation
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis, traffic studies, and feasibility assessments to inform project planning decisions
- Develop detailed technical specifications, design standards, and project documentation using industry-leading software and tools
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all projects meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance to junior engineering staff
- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional development
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior-level engineering experience in road and infrastructure planning and design
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring engineering teams
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with industry-standard engineering software and design tools
