Role Purpose

Lead electrical works oversight on major infrastructure projects across the UAE, supervising installation activities, reviewing technical submissions, and ensuring compliance with local authority standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Inspection

• Supervise and inspect all electrical installation activities including LV/HV networks, street lighting, power distribution systems, telecommunications ducts, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Compliance & Authority Management

• Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Ensure all work meets standards set by DEWA, Etisalat, DU, RTA, and other relevant authorities.

Coordination & Integration

• Coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams to integrate electrical works seamlessly with civil and mechanical construction activities.
• Participate in technical meetings, authority inspections, and coordination workshops for electrical utilities and network projects.

Documentation & Verification

• Validate as-built documentation and verify field conditions in coordination with site inspection teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced experience in electrical engineering supervision and inspection on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authority standards and regulations (DEWA, Etisalat, DU, RTA, and others).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in LV/HV systems, power distribution, and related electrical infrastructure.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
