Role Purpose
You will conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis across electronic systems, lead root cause investigations, and develop strategies to enhance asset performance, reduce downtime, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability & Failure Analysis
- Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS Systems.
- Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
- Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Asset Performance Optimization
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.
Stakeholder Communication & Project Management
- Prepare presentations and reports for different management levels, effectively communicating technical findings and recommendations.
- Manage projects and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Translate complex technical information into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant and overall experience.
- Knowledge of equipment criticality and risk-based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA and REM.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge in one of the applicable engineering systems, such as LV, MV electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Special Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Structural, or Airfield.
- Certification in reliability or maintenance engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRE) is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
- Good understanding of Maximo CMMS from a user point of view.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English language.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
