Role Overview
JASARA PMC seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team. This is a senior-level position responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems across various infrastructure projects.
Role Purpose
Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems across infrastructure projects. Deliver innovative solutions that enhance project performance and ensure adherence to industry standards through technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Analysis
- Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for a variety of infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and drawings.
Collaboration & Integration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff.
Installation & Commissioning
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Conduct site evaluations and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into projects.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Experience in international standards and environmental engineering is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing project teams.
