Role Overview

Senior Dynamics 365 / Dataverse & Power Automate Developer at BlackStone eIT. The role participates in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies, working closely with the implementation vendor throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform after project completion.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse while developing automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate. Ensure successful solution delivery, platform ownership, and continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Develop automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Configure and customize business processes, forms, dashboards, and security models.

Integration & Systems

• Integrate the platform with internal and external enterprise systems.

Delivery & Support

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer from the implementation vendor.
• Support continuous improvement and enhancement of the Digital Transformation platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
