Role Overview
Senior Director of Addressing at Emirates Post Group, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Purpose
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of addressing systems and standards that enable accurate mail delivery and logistics operations across the Emirates Post Group network.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute addressing strategy aligned with national postal standards and international best practices.
- Establish long-term roadmaps for addressing infrastructure improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define addressing standards and protocols to ensure consistency across all Emirates Post Group operations.
Operations & Delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day management of addressing systems and databases.
- Optimize addressing processes to improve mail sortation accuracy and delivery efficiency.
- Manage the maintenance and quality assurance of address records and geographic databases.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with government agencies, municipalities, and regulatory bodies on addressing compliance and standardization.
- Collaborate with internal teams across logistics, customer service, and technology departments.
- Engage with customers and business partners to support addressing requirements and resolve issues.
Digital Transformation
