Role Overview
Senior Director - Commercial at Qiddiya Investment Company, based in Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
Role Purpose
Shape and execute commercial strategies for landmark projects within the entertainment and leisure industry. Spearhead commercial operations to maximize value, mitigate risks, and lead contract negotiations while fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining the company's standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Commercial Planning
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
Contract & Stakeholder Management
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Advisory
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
