Role Overview
Senior Digital Engineer – Supervision at AECOM, based in the UAE. This role leads Building Information Modeling initiatives and ensures the highest standards of digital project delivery across construction operations.

Role Purpose
To develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and workflows across projects while overseeing the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of BIM models and shop drawings to meet project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Building Information Modeling Standards & Implementation
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of BIM models and shop drawings to meet project specifications
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM integration
- Facilitate communication and resolve technical issues between stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing BIM processes and digital engineering workflows on large-scale construction projects
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency with BIM software and modeling tools
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
