Role Purpose
Oversee and integrate architectural design processes to ensure different asset types align with the Client's innovative vision. Lead a creative team for quality and design excellence, working in close collaboration with the Project Director, stakeholders, and Client to deliver exceptional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Oversight & Management
- Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from initial concept to final execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or similar related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven expertise in architectural design and project management.
- Thorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces.
- Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
