Role Purpose

Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and support business growth and operational efficiency. Establish comprehensive monitoring frameworks, conduct in-depth thematic analysis of business issues, and deliver accurate reports that inform operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product direction.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Insights

• Establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework based on business goals and business models.
• Understand the overall business situation and locate business issues through the monitoring and analysis framework.
• Conduct in-depth thematic analysis of business issues to provide data support and decision-making basis for company operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions.
• Extract core results from massive data and timely discover and analyze deep changes and root causes behind business appearances.

Data Products & Collaboration

• Extract data product requirements from analysis methods and monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with relevant teams such as development and product teams to promote the landing of data products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to organize training and sharing of concepts, skills, methods, and tools related to data technology.
• Independently promote project execution across teams with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reporting & Communication

• Write business data analysis reports with strong logical thinking ability and outstanding language expression ability.
• Deliver timely and accurate insights that support business development and operational strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred.
• Certain cross-functional and cross-team project experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in SQL and other data extraction tools.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity.
• Strong logical thinking ability and outstanding language expression ability.
• Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models.
• Ability to insight into business opportunities from the perspective of business development.
• Fluent English skills.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong adaptability and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
