Role Purpose

Analyze VIP and Earn product performance to drive user growth and monetization strategies. Deliver data-driven insights on user lifecycle, behavior patterns, and retention to support product development, marketing, and business decisions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

User Analysis & Insights

• Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle — from tier qualification and upgrade/downgrade patterns to engagement, trading activity, and churn signals.
• Identify high-value user segments, model LTV, and provide data-driven recommendations to support VIP tier design, benefits optimization, and retention strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance, including subscription/redemption flows, yield trends, asset allocation behavior, and user retention.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support user growth and monetization strategies.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track VIP program performance, Earn product metrics, and key user health indicators.
• Support business and product teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments for new features and campaigns.

Data Quality & Infrastructure

• Monitor data quality and integrity across VIP and Earn systems, identifying and resolving metric discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn-related datasets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, and finance — to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Background in financial products, wealth management, membership/loyalty programs, or fintech required.
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle analysis — activation, retention, churn, and LTV modeling.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto financial products — staking, flexible/fixed Earn, DeFi yield mechanisms, or structured products.
• Experience analyzing high-value or tiered user programs (VIP, private banking, or loyalty tiers).
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning techniques.
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or digital asset platform.
