Role Overview
Senior CRM Developer at BlackStone eIT. This pivotal role involves leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Role Purpose
Design, build, and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies that deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
- Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams to gather and define technical requirements for CRM initiatives.
System Integration & Data Management
- Conduct system integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Quality Assurance & Deployment
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Execute unit testing and deployment of CRM solutions.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
- Experience with database management, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in unit testing and deployment of CRM solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in programming languages, primarily C# and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong understanding of n-tier architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of version control systems and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
