Role Overview
Senior CRM Developer at BlackStone eIT. This is a full-time position designing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet clients' unique needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Role Purpose
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that enhance functionality and improve user experience. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical implementations while ensuring system reliability, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, business rules, and plugins to automate business processes.
Requirements & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Documentation & Testing
- Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems, providing technical support as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM technology to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization, specifically within Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services (SOAP/REST).
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of n-tier architecture and design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
