Role Purpose

Monitor, analyze, and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency and budget compliance on upcoming construction projects. Provide accurate financial oversight and reporting through collaboration with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Planning & Control

• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans based on design, scope, and BOQ.
• Track and control project expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Identify cost variances and propose corrective actions.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial forecasts.
• Review and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure financial compliance and support project audit and reconciliation activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with teams to validate cost data and maintain documentation.
