Senior Consultant | Strategy & Transformation at FTI Consulting.

Role Purpose
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project modules and workstreams for clients, formulating strategic recommendations and implementing changes by deploying commercial acumen, performing key analysis, and connecting insights to the bigger picture. You will coach junior staff and interns while contributing to high-impact client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead modules of a project or small workstream in client billable project work.
- Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members and support from junior staff and interns.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and deliver high quality outputs within deadlines.
- Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
Analysis & Problem Solving
- Drive problem solving through problem structuring, data gathering, and laying out analysis.
- Execute analysis that drive insights.
- Perform key analysis leveraging Excel and financial proficiency.
- Sense check results and connect analysis to the bigger picture.
Communication & Presentation
- Leverage communication and presentation skills to synthesize findings.
- Present findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.
- Share output with clients.
Mentoring & Development
- Coach junior staff and interns.
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior consultants.
- Receive regular feedback and proactively implement feedback to address areas of improvement.
Intellectual Capital & Business Development
- Contribute to developing intellectual capital such as white papers and points of view.
- Develop client pitches and proposals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMT) industry.
- Master's in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
