Role Purpose

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of client solutions across a wide range of consulting engagements. You will structure problems, develop insights, and support execution of strategies and transformation initiatives while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Analyze business problems and structure solutions using established methodologies
• Maintain strong attention to detail while understanding broader business context
• Apply structured, analytical thinking to problem-solving

Strategy & Solution Development

• Collaborate with specialists to support strategy development and execution
• Facilitate discussions and support decision-making in client engagements
• Ability to structure problems and develop actionable solutions

Delivery & Optimization

• Optimize client processes and support change and transformation initiatives
• Deliver high-quality work products and contribute to client satisfaction
• Develop structured documentation and reports

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead small teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Build strong client relationships and stakeholder confidence

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation environments
• Exposure to structured problem-solving and solution delivery
• Awareness of sector challenges and opportunities
• MBA preferred
