Role Purpose
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop tailored risk management strategies, and provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls to clients. Deliver high-quality consulting solutions that address client business objectives and industry-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment and Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls.
Client Engagement and Solutions
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor consulting services to address their unique challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, communicating complex risk concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Market Intelligence and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
Project and Business Development
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work on proposals and support leadership for business development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum preferred) plus Master's degree with relevant certifications.
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Consulting, preferably with Big 4 firms.
- Good understanding of the above-mentioned industry.
- Good understanding of technical areas: Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset management, Risk Management, Policies, Procedures, Strategy, and Market Research.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work with databases and all applications of the Microsoft suite.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
