Role Overview

Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) - Offshore Site Rotation 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off with KBR, based offshore at a project site in Abu Dhabi on a rotating schedule.

Role Purpose

Oversee electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction and fabrication activities on an offshore oil and gas project, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, quality standards, and HSE policies while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Ensure all construction activities meet project quality and compliance requirements.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and actively promote a strong safety culture across all activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering (minimum requirement).
• Minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I within oil and gas industries.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.

• Contract type: Offshore site rotation, 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
• Location: Offshore site, Abu Dhabi, on a project management and construction (PMC) project.
