Role Overview
Senior Construction Manager at JASARA PMC. This strategic role oversees all phases of a landmark construction project positioned to redefine the construction landscape and align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiatives.
Role Purpose
Lead a prestigious large-scale construction project from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets while driving quality, safety, and performance across all phases and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Planning
- Direct and manage all construction activities from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner.
Quality & Safety
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction management.
- Significant experience in large-scale projects.
- Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English.
Additional Information
- Saudi candidates are highly preferred.
